Tasting Notes

Garnet colour. Intense black berries notes, a hint of clove well covered by the discrete wood notes.
Balanced, with hints of spices and smoke from the oak aging married with ripe red fruit notes, almost jammy.
Full-bodied with an elegant structure, the after-taste is long and pleasant.
Drink now or keep it on you cellar, so you can discover the reduction notes of the bottle aging.

Best served at 16-18ºC.
